What's new in Product Support
New to the LOGICARE’s product support team: Ger, Kathy, Deborah and Tammy
LOGICARE recently welcomed four new members of our product
support team: Ger, Kathy, Deborah and Tammy.
The four new team members bring backgrounds in technology and customer service. Ger
and Deborah are already taking some of your calls; be sure to let us know what
you think.
Transitions
Meanwhile, other members of the product support team are
shifting some of their work. Beginning the first of the year, Roy will be splitting his time between
implementation and account management. You may still on occasion bump into him
in product support. Joe will take on
more account manager tasks, but will also be working in product support on
occasion. Tim is tackling interfaces and Business Objects reporting.

Ask about our medication reconciliation module
A new module from LOGICARE allows users to capture, reconcile and review historically a patient's home and current
medications. The module will include interaction checking and allergy alerts, and generate a medicatiom summary for the patient.

Web Business Objects® classes
LOGICARE Business Objects analysts are offering new online classes for all LOGICARE customers. The first class
will be Level 1 Basic Business Objects for new users who have little or no experience with the application.

Most Recent Topic and Product Updates
|
LOGICARE customers are eligible to receive product updates and clinical
content updates at
regular intervals. Product updates include system enhancements, new functionality and features, and product patches.
Clinical content updates include the latest medicine content, integrating industry-standard First Databank™ medicine
information, new clinical content specialized for adults and pediatric patient groups, and the latest updates (including
discontinued medicines).
