Account Manager, Inside Sales
Account managers for LOGICARE benefit from - and are instrumental in continuing - the company's strong
relationship with customers nationwide.
LOGICARE account managers work with clinical and information technology staff nationwide to establish how
our systems can meet their needs, and then serve as an important point of contact once a facility becomes
a customer.
As an inside sales representative, this individual will also identify sales opportunities among customers
and with prospective clients. In this role, the individual will use LOGICARE's standard consultative
sales process, which emphasizes identifying and matching needs with LOGICARE solutions, and developing
solid relationships with clients.
We require experience in sales, customer interactions and lead generation. A four-year degree or
equivalent experience is preferred. Travel will be necessary. Candidates with experience in healthcare
settings and software sales will be given first consideration.
Product Support, Account Manager Specialist
Product support specialists help our hospital customers nationwide use our Emergency Department and
patient education systems. This position requires excellent technical skills, good interpersonal and
phone skills, and the ability to work with information system professionals and non-technical healthcare
professionals.
A product support specialist is primarily responsible for assuring customer satisfaction with LOGICARE
products. The product support specialist is the customer resource for configuring, optimizing, and
troubleshooting LOGICARE systems.
As an account manager, this individual would take on the additional work of proactively working with customers to
help them get the business results they seek from our applications. This means being an important point of contact within
LOGICARE for hospital, clinical and information technology staff nationwide.

Troubleshoot problems and answer user questions on LOGICARE systems and on related software via phone and remote system access.

Help customers update their LOGICARE product.

Manage implementations of additional software modules.

Customize and configure customers' systems via phone and remote system.

Participate in 24-hour, on-call support rotation.

Assist with training of employees through developing materials, teaching in-house classes, providing on-the-job training, and mentoring.

Actively participate in and support team and company improvement projects.
We require a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, two years working with computer applications
including all major Windows workstation and server operating systems, experience with computer networking, and
two years experience working in a customer service environment. Knowledge of SQL and the healthcare industry
is helpful.
