OnRecord now includes:
And, as always, superb implementation and support.
NURSING AND TRIAGE CHARTING
How this feature works:
In the nursing charting session, nurses are able to document assessments, reassessments and interventions.
OnRecord also lets the nurse initiate further diagnostic and treatment orders by placing standing orders. If configured
by the facility to do so, this information can be printed automatically. The review panel will allow an entire chart
to be reviewed.
For triage, OnRecord will allow the user to validate and collect current medications, allergies and past medical history.
It will bring forward and, prefill in a note, historical clinical data known to the system, and that are likely to still
apply to the patient, such as social history and family history. During triage, users will be able to document history of
present illness and vital signs, record an examination of the affected body part(s) and document various findings required
by JCAHO and other regulatory bodies. The nurse will be able to assign a triage acuity and a location of care.
Benefits:
LOGICARE's electronic nurse charting is richly interactive, displaying previously entered data and a flowsheet view that make it easy to enter
new information. As nurses begin to chart, triage data is prefilled. Patient profile information such as allergies, medications and surgeries
are always accessible, even from previous visits. As the user schedules assessments, reassessments and interventions, and places and reviews orders
and results, the system makes this information part of the patient's chart.
With a few clicks, triage providers can identify the patient, record a chief complaint, reference historical data, initiate standing orders, assign
acuity, reserve a room and queue additional charting work.
